Thay initiated Dalek hostilities on the invading Cybermen army, and fought in the Battle of Canary Wharf and “temporally shifted” along with the other members of the when the Doctor reopened the Void. Thay was later destroyed when the Dalek Human hybrids rebelled and opened fire on the Daleks.
